Testing my Keyboard

I bought a new keyboard Keychron K2 HE in Popular Bras Basah on 1 June 2026. On 11 June, suddenly the g Key doesn't work when pressed, and when not pressed, it wildly typing g key all the time. I emailed Popular, and they mentioned, I need to email their authorized service center directly, which I did. They gave some suggestion to troubleshoot the problem, and I gave them the video of it typing wildly by itself. They mentioned they will send the email to Keychron. 

I asked them if I can get replacement immediately because I need to use the keyboard for work and all. They mentioned I can come over and get the keyboard checked, and if really they cannot fix, I will get new replacement. So, last Friday I went to the service center near Mcpherson MRT. Turns out they also handle other electronic items that you can buy in store, I saw a customer asking about Garmin watch, and I saw a lot of Nintendo Switch console. They took some time to test the keyboard, and in the end they gave me a new set, and tested on the spot. 

I'm quite happy with my new keyboard, so on the way home, I decided I'm going to meet a friend for dinner. After dinner, you know what happened? I left my perfectly working keyboard in the restaurant T-T, lucky it's still there when I went back to get it. ~
