I went to a cute little exhibition by Ah Guo titled So Much Fun. It's shows work from him in period of 2016 - 2018. There is a main installation in the middle of the room (looked like a small dining room where people do Lo Hei. The rest showing original artwork, which I thought it's a bit small (A4-A3) size (for an exhibition). The illustrations itself is really nice and it gives a warm feeling when you see and I really enjoyed it.

It's my first time being in Singapore Philatelic Museum (I know right!?, staying here for so long doesn't mean you explore every places, oh well...). I just happened to see an ad about The Little Prince in the dark - exhibition in Singapore Philatelic Museum. Didn't go for the tour because we missed the timing, but still, it's a nice little exhibition.
The exhibition is full of Sculptures made by a French artist, Arnaud Nazare-Aga, also includes biography of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, and sketches and scribbles. Here's some of my favorite photos. I walked around wandering a small alley in Waterloo street, suddenly I have the urge to go into that alley. Turns out there are beautiful paintings painted on the wall. It is lovely and I enjoyed the view. Here's the pics.
Hello all! Wishing you a happy new year 2019. Officially back to work (office).
Good things I achieved last year:
Some setbacks:
Despite the setbacks, I always know that things happened for a reason, and sometimes bad things are not "bad", instead it gives lessons for us to learn, to be better. I hope we all will be better this year. Due to one thing and another I have more time to do more comics. It's been fun and satisfying, I'm on my 11th day now, every now and then trying to figure out what kind of story I want to make. Mostly my own experiences in the past, or what I feel in the moment. Some days I don't have clear ideas, and creative block is like so common for me. Go to my Instagram to check it out, give some likes and follows! Thank you for your support!
I created a second sticker sets on Google Play. Currently naming it, kawaii girl sticker set. I know! It's like the most common name ever, you might not find it when searching :(. The best way is to search for my name, lina kartika, then the list of stickers I made will show up in the list. Or, you can go to my linktree and click on the first link available like below
Hello All, how's it going? Have been feeling a bit under the weather recently (for the past 2 weeks), I'm recovering now, although not 100% yet, because of this I don't feel like doing anything, not even drawing. (Ugh, procrastination)
Updates:
It's good to write this blog again! Now, Mr Pyggy also available in digital stickers for WhatsApp! Go to google play, search for “mrpyggy”, install and click add to WhatsApp. It’s free! Don’t forget to give your ratings as well! Any feedbacks and suggestions are appreciated! Thank you for your support!
I've been helping my mum to make banner for an online shop - but turns out the platform need subscription fee if I want to put a banner, so it's useless for now. Well, I had fun when working on it. I'm using procreate to create this image.
